Conditions

 Reservations can only be made with a Mastercard or Visa credit card. Maximum stay is 7 days.

 When you make a reservation on our secure server, your card is charged a 10% deposit online, which is nonrefundable. You can pay the full amount in cash or with your credit card on the recerption. Opening hours of the reception are 8am till 12pm.

 If you have made a reservation and you wish to extend your stay, you have to make a second reservation for the extending date(s). If there is no availability on the extended dates, it means that all cyber beds are booked. You can also phone our hostel.

 Subsequent nights of accommodation must be paid for on arrival, or no later than 8pm the day before.

 In case of a No-show, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay, the rest of that booking will be canceled.

 Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hrs. before arriving. You can do this on Monday to Thursday by e-mail. "Only when you receive a reply with the confirmation of your cancellation, you can be sure that your cancellation has been processed" On Friday, Saturday and Sunday you have to call the hostel directly. Write down the date and hour of cancelling and the name of the person you spoke to. Always send your reservation details with your cancellation, so your reservation can be found in the system as soon as possible. Make sure you cancel all your bookings.

 We make every effort to accommodate you in the dormitory size of your choice. However, because of the nature of our business, we may have to place you in an alternative dormitory.

 After making the reservation, you receive an e-mail, with all your booking details and a reference number. This is your confirmation.

 If you made an online reservation and you show on arrival a card of 'VIP Backpackers' you will recive a ticket for a half hour internet free in case of a discount.

 If you do not receive a confirmation from us, you do not have a reservation.
